Deposit Policy:
A refundable $600 Security/Damage deposit is required.
If bringing pets, an additional $50 charge is required.
Security/Damage deposit refunds start 3 days after departure, and may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.
Refund Policy:
A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation
For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
Unfortunately, we cannot allow exceptions under any circumstances. Because we care about our guests, we strongly urge you to protect your trip by purchasing travel insurance. It is available for a minimal fee and covers your vacation investment before and during your trip.
